It is commonly called one of "The Big 3" for being one of the three biggest entertainment companies in South Korea, along with YG Entertainment and SM Entertainment. It was originally founded in 1997 by J.Y.Park and now operates as a record label, music production company, talent agency, event management, concert production company, and music publishing house.
